What if I cannot sign in or need to reset my password?

Use the password reset link from the sign-in page if you forgot your password. Enter the email address on your account, then follow the reset link sent by email; reset links expire, so request a fresh one if the link is no longer accepted.

If you can sign in but need to change account details, open your account settings from the workspace. If you cannot access the email address on the account, contact jobs.kn with the account email, your account type, and enough context for the jobs.kn team to verify the request before making changes.
