This Veterinary Communications Faculty role at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in Basseterre, St. Kitts is a full-time faculty appointment for a Clinical Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor of Communications. The position supports future veterinarians by teaching communication methods and helping students build professional skills for practice. The faculty member will teach team-based courses such as Essential Veterinary Skills (EVS) and Veterinary Professional Foundations, which cover areas including clinical procedures, client communication, and animal handling. Responsibilities also include leading lectures, small group sessions, and interactive communication workshops, along with developing, evaluating, and improving communication learning goals and student performance measures. The role also involves contributing to curriculum development and assessment work related to communication training, taking part in departmental and institutional committees, and supporting other duties assigned by the Department Head.
