Job Description
The Part-Time Bartender role at St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino in Frigate Bay involves preparing guest drink orders according to specified recipes and measuring systems. Duties include opening and serving wine and champagne, preparing fresh garnishes, stocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies, and transporting supplies to the bar setup area. The role also includes maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and tools; washing soiled glassware; clearing used items from the bar top and tables; and anticipating and communicating replenishment needs.
