This full-time Bellman role with St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino in Frigate Bay, Saint Kitts is focused on greeting and escorting guests, supporting arrivals and departures, and helping with luggage and transportation needs. Responsibilities include opening doors, explaining room features and property amenities, transporting and storing luggage, assisting guests in and out of vehicles, arranging taxis, shuttle buses, or limousine/sedan service, recording advance transportation requests when needed, sharing directions, and communicating parking procedures. The role also calls for clear professional communication, telephone etiquette, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, confidentiality, compliance with company policies and quality standards, and awareness of safety concerns on the property. The position includes physical requirements such as standing or walking for extended periods, moving objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and more than 75 pounds with assistance, and working on stairs, ramps, and uneven or slippery surfaces.
