This full-time Female Locker Room Attendant (Spa) position with St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino in Frigate Bay, St. Kitts focuses on supporting spa guests and maintaining clean, well-stocked spa facilities. The role includes orienting arriving guests to locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations, answering general questions about the property and its amenities, providing available guest amenities, and escorting guests to and from treatment rooms. Responsibilities include checking the computer regularly for schedule updates, maintaining the cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms, and lounge areas, and properly disposing of trash and used linens. The attendant also stocks towels, linens, supplies, and amenities throughout designated spa areas and secures supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Additional responsibilities include anticipating and responding to guest service needs, maintaining professional communication and positive working relationships, following company policies and quality standards, reporting accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions, and completing required safety training and certifications. The position requires the ability to reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop, as well as move, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking may also be required. Other reasonable duties may be assigned by supervisors.
