Job Description
This part-time Laborer/Shift Engineer role with St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino in Frigate Bay, Saint Kitts supports the resort’s maintenance, grounds, and event needs. It is hands-on work across indoor and outdoor settings, including facilities, gardens, construction sites, and other resort areas. The position includes assisting with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, as well as general cleaning and upkeep of facilities and grounds. It also covers landscaping, pressure washing, gardening, and trash removal to help keep the property tidy and well maintained. Event setup and teardown are part of the work too, including moving furniture and equipment, along with other duties assigned by the Director of Engineering, Engineering Supervisor, or Facilities Manager. Applicants should be able to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, work in a physically demanding environment, and maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Teamwork is important, and basic maintenance and repair knowledge would be an asset. A drivers permit would also be an asset.
