Operator (Cogen)
Job Description
The Operator (Cogen) is responsible for operating and maintaining the Cogen Plant at St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino in Frigate Bay, St. Kitts. The role includes monitoring gas turbines, boilers, generators, and other plant systems for safe and efficient operation; completing inspections and maintenance; and keeping operational, maintenance, and safety logs. Responsibilities also include supporting outage scheduling, work planning, procurement, and inventory management. The operator works with management to identify and support modifications that improve reliability, production, efficiency, and availability; follows environmental, health, and safety procedures; and reports and addresses hazards and unsafe conditions. The position requires strong technical knowledge of power plant operations, the ability to work under pressure, and a high standard of guest service.
