The Plumber handles plumbing repairs, installations, inspections, and preventive maintenance. Responsibilities include clearing blocked drains, finding leaks, assembling pipework, and installing or maintaining fittings, valves, appliances, and plumbing fixtures. The position involves reviewing plans, codes, and specifications; inspecting structures before installations; and measuring, cutting, threading, and bending pipes. The Plumber must follow company safety and security procedures, report hazards or incidents, protect confidential information and company property, and maintain professional standards when assisting guests and working with colleagues.
