Job Description
The Part-Time Server role at St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino in Frigate Bay involves serving food and alcoholic beverages, setting tables to match event and service standards, answering menu questions, and recording orders in the MICROS system. The position includes coordinating with the kitchen on menu questions, wait times, re-cooked orders, product availability, allergies, dietary needs, and other guest requests. Servers check guest satisfaction throughout the meal, maintain clean work areas and service items, complete closing duties such as restocking, present accurate checks, and process payments.
