This full-time Spa Sales Associate role at St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino in Frigate Bay, Saint Kitts supports spa bookings from the lobby desk and reports to the director overseeing food and beverage, retail, and spa services. The position centers on greeting arriving guests, building rapport that supports spa reservations, developing community connections that broaden the spa’s customer base, answering questions about services, and keeping reservation and cancellation records up to date.
