The position works to improve guest and employee satisfaction, maintain the operating budget, and ensure all kitchen areas produce a consistent, high-quality product. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating cooks and workers, managing day-to-day kitchen operations, supporting the Executive Chef, and helping staff develop in their roles.
