Employers review applications from the employer workspace. Application views keep the application profile, application context, related job, message action, and status controls together so the employer can complete their own application review without losing the job listing context. jobs.kn provides platform tools only and does not screen, rank, shortlist, recommend, or hire applicants for employers.
Jobs can be drafts, pending review, published, paused, expired, or closed. Pending jobs are private until jobs.kn completes review and publishes them; published jobs accept applications for 30 days, expired listings stop accepting applications, and a repost action can start a new version from an existing job. Employers remain responsible for accurate listings, lawful hiring practices, candidate data handling, application review, communications, and hiring decisions. Edits to a public listing return it to pending review. If a listing is quarantined by safety checks, status changes may be blocked until jobs.kn reviews it.
