Job seeker and employer messages live in the workspace inbox. Threads keep the job seeker, employer, job context, latest reply state, and message history together so both sides can continue the conversation after a candidate-initiated application or message through jobs.kn.
Either side can report a conversation from the message thread if the chat contains scams, harassment, pressure to move off-platform unsafely, suspicious payment requests, or other abuse. The report is sent to jobs.kn for review with relevant conversation context. Submitting a report does not automatically notify the other side or add a message to the thread.
