Signed-in users can open support tickets from their workspace Support Centre. Tickets keep the conversation attached to your account, show replies in your workspace, and can also trigger email notifications when the jobs.kn team replies.
Use workspace support for account access, applications, employer verification, profile problems, messaging issues, or anything that needs an ongoing thread. The public contact form is best for general questions, job listing reports, and job removal requests, but it is limited to reduce spam and does not replace signed-in ticket tracking.
