jobs.kn uses a mix of automated checks and platform review to keep listings, employer activity, and conversations safer. Employer-created job listings are checked when they are created or edited, imported jobs can be reviewed before approval, and suspicious keywords or posting patterns can quarantine a job or pause employer posting until the jobs.kn team investigates.
Moderation also depends on reports from candidates, employers, and visitors. Listing reports and chat reports go into the platform review queue with the relevant job, company, users, message transcript, and request details so the jobs.kn team can review the report and take appropriate action with context.
