Job Description
This Food & Beverage Cleaning Attendant role with St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino in Frigate Bay, Saint Kitts supports the cleaning of public restaurant spaces and banquet event areas. The work includes vacuuming and shampooing carpets where applicable, spot cleaning walls, dusting ledges, window shutters, baseboards, furniture, pictures, and decor items, and carrying out deep cleaning in high-traffic areas, around table and chair legs, and on demo kitchen surfaces. The position also covers sweeping and mopping floors when needed, cleaning and maintaining lights, checking furniture for tears, rips, and stains, reporting damage, posting caution signs when needed, and contacting other departments directly for urgent repairs. The role calls for reporting maintenance issues, following company and safety policies, maintaining a professional appearance, and welcoming guests with clear, professional communication and genuine appreciation. Applicants should be prepared to support team goals, meet quality expectations, and perform physical work that may involve standing for long periods and lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or placing items up to 25 pounds.
